Case Mgmt Week 2010
This year, we will be recognizing the achievements of hospital case managers during the celebratory week of October 10-16, 2010. Continuing education is one of the best ways to say 'thank you' to your staff and to further their understanding of hospital case management practice.
This year, Phoenix has prepared a program on hospital case management best practices and future trends featuring the movement to progression-of-care, outcome models. The one hour program can be modified to accommodate each facility's preferences and time frame.
