We took a month off to celebrate the New Year, but now the February issue of REFLECTIONS is available for your review. We call your attention to the lead article about morning 'hand-off' rounds. In our experience traveling to hospitals across the country, those morning rounds are the most valuable vehicle for members of the interprofessional team to get a snapshot of the patient's goals, establish the plan for the day, and conduct some 'housekeeping' work to get forms signed, medications changed, and post acute plans firmed up.
