VP of Care Transformation

Jason Lindsey is VP of Care Transformation at Phoenix Medical Management, Inc. Jason serves as an adjunct professor at Southeastern Louisiana University School of Nursing, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in epidemiology, community health assessment, and research development. He is an active leader within the American Case Management Association (ACMA), serving as a founding board member and past president of the ACMA Louisiana Chapter, as well as a former National Board Member-at-Large. After beginning his career as a bedside nurse, he advanced into executive and system-level leadership roles overseeing case management, utilization review, observation management, patient navigation, and transitional care services, leading initiatives focused on patient progression, operational excellence, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and both his Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice, with a concentration in Nursing Administration, from the University of Alabama. He is an Accredited Case Manager (ACM) and is passionate about advancing the practice of case management through leadership development, education, and innovative care management strategies that improve outcomes across the healthcare continuum.
