Our on-demand learning platform offers targeted education to support all case management specialty roles. Continuing education credits are offered through CCM, ASWB, and the CA Board of Nursing.

This platform is designed for individuals seeking scalable, standardized onboarding tools and ongoing education.

SELF-PACED COURSES

    • A fully asynchronous, self-paced online course for healthcare professionals seeking intermediate-level training in hospital-based clinical social work.

    • Covers trauma-informed care, mandated reporting, palliative care planning, substance use assessment, SDOH, post-acute placement, high-utilizer management, ethical and legal complexities, motivational interviewing, CBT strategies, cultural competency, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Includes video modules, interactive knowledge checks, case scenarios, and downloadable clinical tools.

    • Continuing Education: Approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB). Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification for 1.0 contact hour.

Includes recorded lectures, interactive knowledge checks, and downloadable clinical tools.

    • Continuing Education: Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing for 1.25 Contact Hours. Pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification for 1.25 contact hours. Social workers also receive 1.25 general CE credits through ASWB ACE program. Approval period: 11/10/25–11/10/26.

Pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification for 1.5 contact hours. Approval period: 11/10/25–11/10/26.

    • Continuing Education: Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #17829, for 1.0 Contact Hour. This program has also been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification for 1.0 contact hour.
