Keli Openshaw, MLS, CPHQ has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare communication and change management, performance management, and process improvement. She began her career in journalism and transitioned to healthcare marketing, public affairs, and physician recruitment, where she quickly built her skills in physician relations. In the past decade, she moved into quality and evidence-based practices by optimizing value-based arrangements, healthcare quality, and cost initiatives. Keli has her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and currently serves as a senior process improvement facilitator. She has project management experience for physician and quality dashboards, ICD-10, orthopedic service lines, hospital LOS and throughput, and healthcare organization quality and performance dashboards. She has obtained micro-certifications in health data analytics and performance and process improvement through the National Association for Healthcare Quality. In her spare time, she loves to hike with her husband and their three rescue dogs.
